1. Return & Refund Policy

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Eligible returns will receive a full or partial cash refund (depending on the condition of the item).

• Refunds will be processed via:

  • Bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa

• Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after approval.

2. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.

• You can request exchange for:

  • Size issues (if applicable)

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Wrong product received

3. Conditions for Return/Exchange

• Item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • With original tags and packaging

• Parcel opening video is mandatory for any damage or wrong item claim.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or stitched orders

  • Minor color variation due to lighting/screen differences

5. Return Process

2. Share your order number, issue details, and proof (images/video).

3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

4. After receiving and inspecting the item, refund/exchange will be processed.

6. Shipping Charges

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

• In case of return (change of mind), customer will bear courier charges.

• If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the shipping cost.

7. Important Notes

• We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet our policy.

• Processing time may vary during peak seasons.
